Problems with Black lexmark lexmark ink refilled on Lexmark 16 cartridge

As soon as I received the kit, I refilled with no problems the color cartridge Lexmark 26 it is working great on a Canon lexmark ink jet printer!! BUT recently after I refilled the black cartridge Lexmark 16 on the same printer, using the instructions provided in the kit, I had the following problem. Since the begining I am getting dried nozzles on the black cartridge.
